Hello there. You’ve
found Harry Dhaliwal’s Blogspot page, where you can keep on top of Harry’s work
in the property sector.
Harry is a creative
individual with an eye for detail and a flair for marketing and design. His
background in the Dhaliwal family business marked his first real foray into the
property market, in which time he began investing in property and oversaw the expansion
of retail outlets into hospitals, universities and railway stations on a
national level.
Harry Dhaliwal
branched out with his work as a Franchisee for Belvoir Sales and Lettings.
Since 2004, he has managed the operations of three franchises for the company
across Manchester city centre and the surrounding area. His extensive knowledge
in the field of property development coupled with his understanding of asset
management allows him to offer valuable advice, while he is also adept at
implementing economical and innovative Private Rented Sector (PRS) models. Belvoir Sales and
Lettings is a member of the National Approved Lettings Scheme, Safe Agents, and
Property Ombudsmen and Harry’s work reflects this commitment to high standards
of customer service.
In 2007, Harry
became Managing Director of First-Step Group Limited, also based in Manchester.
In this role he supervises decisions made in regard to new development schemes
and sales, establishing strong relationships with new stakeholders, third party
consultants, local authorities and governing bodies in the process. From
planners through to construction partners, Harry maintains clear communication
channels to ensure strategic plans for sites are implemented to the highest
standard. This commitment to high levels of customer service is demonstrated by
the First-Step Group’s membership of the House Builders Federation (HBF).
During Harry’s time with the company, First-Step Group Limited was shortlisted
as a redevelopment company for the Oxford Road project. Over the years Harry
has established a solid reputation in the PRS and for asset management which
has seen the First-Step Group become the preferred choice for numerous national
banks and administrators.
Harry finds
inspiration from his travels to the Far East, the Middle East and Europe, where
he takes note of innovative design and effective use of space, and often
attends exhibitions in his spare time. He follows Liverpool F.C., and enjoys
running.
